Two incidents cause delays on the R4

Trains on the R4 commuter line are running with delays that may exceed 30 minutes due to an incident at Sant Vicenç de Castellet station. At the other end of the R4 line, another incident, this time in Sant Vicenç de Calders, has also caused delays on the same line and on the R2 Sur line.
