Torrential rain floods the streets of Santa Barbara

The torrential rain falling at this hour on the Montsià mountain is already leaving the first images of flooded streets in towns like Santa Bàrbara. So far, the C-12 in Tortosa, the TP-3311 between Santa Bárbara and La Galera, and the T-331 between Ulldecona and Santa Bárbara have had to be closed.
