Denounce a poacher and repeat offender trout fisherman in a natural pond in Pallars Sobirà

Rural Agents have reported a poacher in Lake Flamisella (Pallars Sobirà) for catching brown trout above the permitted limit, also failing to meet the minimum size, and for using a prohibited hook in the area. The man was a repeat offender: he had done so on two other occasions.
