Firefighters received 128 wind-related incidents between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., most of them in the Barcelona area. Speeds of over 80 km/h have already been exceeded in the pre-coastal region, the Ebro, the West Coast, and Central Catalonia. Nearly 130 km/h have been recorded in Portbou and Montseny.
