The Spanish government approves the final step in transferring migrant minors to the autonomous regions.

The Council of Ministers has approved a decree establishing the ordinary reception capacity of the autonomous regions and represents the final step toward implementing the referral of unaccompanied migrant minors, a measure opposed by the regions governed by the People's Party (PP) despite being legally required to care for them.
