Catalonia's new commuter rail company holds its first board meeting, with Paneque and Playà at the helm.

The Minister of Territory, Silvia Paneque, and the President of Renfe, Álvaro Fernández, have already formalized, before a notary, the the establishment of the mixed commuter rail company, as announced on MondayThe members of the board of directors have also been appointed, and they are holding their first meeting today.
