The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) launch a Kanpai plan in the southern metropolitan region to curb multiple reoffending.

The Mossos d'Esquadra launched a Kanpai device this Wednesday at noon, which seeks to combat multi-recidivism, in the cities of Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues and Cornellà, as well as in the part of Barcelona that is hitting the Llobregat River the hardest, according to police sources.
