The Olot courts have ordered provisional imprisonment. for the 23-year-old arrested last Tuesday as the alleged perpetrator of the rape of a minor under the care of the Generalitat (Catalan Government) during the Tura Festival. According to the TSJC (High Court of Justice), the case is open for a crime against sexual freedom.
