The leader of a drug trafficking clan who fled from Italian justice has been arrested in Barcelona.

The Civil Guard has arrested a fugitive from Italian justice in Barcelona who led a mafia organization involved in drug trafficking, extortion, and arms and explosives trafficking. The suspect was included on the list of the most dangerous criminals and had been a fugitive since 2023.
