The judge dismisses Sabater's complaint against Albiol in the homeless case.

The Badalona courts have dismissed the complaint filed by Guanyem leader Dolors Sabater against the city's mayor, Xavier Garcia Albiol, in the case of the homeless man who died in 2024. According to the former mayor, Albiol made details of the victim public at the municipal plenary session in July of that year.
