The Holy Family places the first element of the cross on the tower of Jesus Christ

The first element of the cross atop the tower of Jesus Christ at the Sagrada Família was installed this Thursday. The piece, the lower arm of the cross, stands 7.25 meters tall and weighs 24 tons, marking the beginning of the final phase of construction for this central tower of the temple.
