The Education Ministry will ask teachers how their schools use their cell phones.

Educació will send a survey on mobile phone regulation to more than 40,000 teachers and school administrators at public schools. The goal is to gain a snapshot of the actual use and regulation of mobile phones in each school and understand how it is affecting the school environment and student performance.
