The Education Department proposes to the unions negotiations on compensating for summer camps, reviewing bonuses and reducing student-teacher ratios

The Catalan Department of Education has sent an initial proposal to the unions outlining measures to be discussed within the framework of teachers' demands. According to the Catalan News Agency (ACN), the proposals include compensation for overnight stays during summer camps, a review of bonuses, and a study into reducing class sizes.
