The Congress of Deputies unanimously approves the decree allocating 500 million euros to the ELA (Local Entity for Adolescents).

The plenary session of the Congress of Deputies has unanimously approved the decree implementing the ELA law and including an additional 500 million euros. The legislation received the green light thanks to the unanimous support of the entire chamber.
