The Barcelona plenary session criticized Jaume Collboni's government for its "structural weakness" and "inability to promote city action." The proposal, agreed upon by Junts por Barcelona and BComú, was also supported by the PP and Vox, with the abstention of ERC, and the dissenting vote of the PSC.
