The Catalan government is calling for the reinstatement of low-emission zones due to improvements in the commuter rail network.

The Minister of Territory, Silvia Paneque, has asked the municipalities with low emission zones (LEZs) to restore the normal operating regime, after the exceptional circumstances that justified their suspension have ended.
