Sentenced to five years in prison for subleasing homes as illegal tourist apartments

The Barcelona Court of Appeals has sentenced a couple to just four and five years in prison for renting out twenty apartments in Barcelona's Eixample district with false documentation, subletting them as illegal tourist apartments and charging per room between 2016 and 2020.
