Paneque: “The commuter rail system has shortcomings, but the way forward is continuous improvement”

The Minister of Territory, Housing and Ecological Transition, Sílvia Paneque, presented on Catalunya Ràdio the housing support offices as a resource that is "not desirable, but the best possible" in extreme situations, because they allow people to "dignify the situation" and access stable housing.
