Obstacles to the electoral roll reach Parliament: commitment to act against rebellious municipalities

The Network of Entities for the Registry has forced the parties in the Parliament, except for the PP and Vox, to make a Catalan pact to guarantee "universal access" to the register and prevent the town councils from putting Obstacles to registering residents without a rental contract, who live in sublet homes, or who have no fixed address.
