New sexist crime in Seville: a man kills his partner and barricades himself inside the apartment

According to Europa Press, the victim was the man's current partner. After the crime, the man barricaded himself inside the apartment and it was not until this Sunday at noon that the Civil Guard managed to get him to surrender.
According to sources from the Civil Guard in a statement, the events occurred around 10:40 p.m. in this municipality, when a woman was seriously injured after receiving several wounds from a bladed weapon. The victim was treated by health services and taken to a health center, where her death was finally confirmed around 11:30 p.m.
Given this context, the Civil Guard maintains an operational device deployed in the area, specialized personnel, and has carried out mediation tasks with the alleged perpetrator. Tasks that finally allowed for the arrest of the murderer, who had to be treated by medical services because he had inflicted several knife wounds on himself.
