A new combination of two HIV drugs matches the effectiveness of the most common triple therapy

A combination of the drugs doravine and islatravir to combat HIV has proven as effective in a three-phase clinical trial as the most commonly used triple therapy as initial treatment. The results of the research, conducted in collaboration with IrsiCaixa, have been published in The Lancet HIV.
