BarcelonaThe operation formed by Bombers, Mossos d'Esquadra, Agents Rurals, SEM and dozens of volunteers has located, safe and sound, the 8 year old boy lost in Llarena (Torà) since yesterday afternoon. One of the volunteers found him at 10.56 hours, as reported by Bombers, who received the call yesterday shortly after half past three in the afternoon. They immediately organised a joint operation to search for him in an area that is wooded and dense, which has also continued overnight with dogs and thermal cameras. The search was stepped up this morning. The little boy, who has a disability, was on holiday in the house Auró Natura.

The head of emergencies of Lleida, Jordi Solà, has explained in Catalunya Ràdio that "the state of health of the child was good" but, to be sure, "a medicalised ambulance has been sent". Solà also explained that "the child was given an apple and ate it".

The child has been lost for 21 hours and has spent the night outdoors, where the temperature has dropped to two degrees. A volunteer found him eight kilometers from the camp house where he was staying.
