Maria Àngels Balsells, first female rector of the University of Lleida

Maria Àngels Balsells Bailón, professor of pedagogy and until now director of the Doctoral School at the University of Lleida (UdL), has become the institution's first elected rector. The list she headed received 80% of the vote in the elections held this Thursday.
