Man arrested in flagrante delicto with restraining order in banks

The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) have arrested a 51-year-old man, who is subject to a court order restraining him from banks for previous robberies, while he was attempting to rob a bank in Barcelona's Ciutat Vella district, reports Efe.
