A man arrested for defrauding 200,000 euros by simulating the sale or rental of occupied apartments in Hospitalet and Barcelona.

The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) have arrested a 42-year-old man accused of defrauding more than 200,000 euros from around twenty victims in Hospitalet de Llobregat and Barcelona. According to police, the man simulated the sale or rental of occupied apartments, which he offered through real estate websites at very attractive prices.
