Juntos and Barcelona en Comú have joined forces at the Catalan capital's City Hall to demand that Mayor Jaume Collboni call an extraordinary plenary session to review his term now that the midpoint of his term has been reached. A proposal calling for this meeting was approved at the last plenary session.
