Fires in the State: Galicia is free of serious fires, but Castile and León is concerned.

The drop in temperatures and rainfall in some areas have provided a boost to the firefighting teams working for twenty days on the fires burning in the northwest of the Iberian Peninsula. The situation is improving in Galicia and Asturias, but tension remains high in Castile and León, with 14 outbreaks.
