The start of the political year at Barcelona City Council is approaching, and with it the budget debate. This Tuesday, Mayor Jaume Collboni stated that the municipal government has a "very advanced" pre-agreement with ERC (Republican Left) regarding the budget. However, the Republicans have distanced themselves from the agreement.
