Endesa completely restores service to the four towns in Alt Empordà affected by the electrical breakdown

The company Endesa has restored all service to the four towns in Alt Empordà (Llançà, Colera, Portbou and Peralada) affected by the electrical failure. An incident on a medium-voltage line, which has been reproduced on four more stretches, left 13,000 customers without power around 6 a.m.
