A cyclist dies in a collision with a car in Viladamat.

A cyclist died this Sunday at 7:30 a.m. on the GI-623 at kilometer 16.3 in Viladamat (Alt Empordà). For reasons under investigation, the car and the cyclist collided, resulting in the cyclist's death. The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan Police) arrested the driver for a positive blood alcohol level test.
