Civil Protection keeps the Ventcat plan on alert despite the wind episode subsiding

Civil Protection has decided to maintain the special emergency plan for wind risk (Ventcat) in the alert phase, even though Saturday's bout of strong gusts is now subsiding. In a statement, it urged extreme caution when moving around and doing outdoor activities.
