Civil Protection has activated the pre-alert plan for chemical accidents (Plaseqta) due to a small leak that has already been controlled at Basf Española, a company that produces detergents, cosmetics, plastics, and fungicides for companies. The company is located in La Canonja (Tarragonès), and no injuries have been reported.
