Catalan soil reaches maximum water recharge level after winter rains

The continued rains of winter have left the soil in Catalonia at the limit of its water retention capacity, according to the Institut Cartogràfic i Geològic de Catalunya (ICGC). These soil water reserves allow for a robust base to face spring with resilience.
