Caritas warns that three out of every four households attended in Barcelona live in precarious conditions. 48% live in sub-rented accommodation, in rooms, or are hosted; 13% are homeless (5 percentage points more than in 2024), 9% depend on social entities, and 3% are renting without a contract.
