Barcelona's First Deputy Mayor, Laia Bonet, has celebrated the inclusion of Ciutat Vella in the Catalan Government's Neighborhood Plan, which includes a grant of €12.5 million. She described it as "very good news" that will help address "what is most urgent now: housing and rehabilitation."
