Barcelona fines 47 terraces between January and April for the presence of gas heaters.

Barcelona City Council has initiated 47 disciplinary proceedings between January 1 and April 30 for the use of gas stoves on terraces, according to municipal data. Of the 47 files, 22 have been opened in Eixample, 17 in Ciutat Vella, 4 in Les Corts, 2 in Sants-Montjuïc and 2 in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi.
