The Barcelona City Council plenary session has approved two proposals from Junts and BComú demanding solutions to the commuter rail crisis and an acceleration of the transfer. A proposal from the People's Party (PP) demanding that the State fulfill its investment commitments and request better network maintenance was unsuccessful.
