Barcelona City Council has acquired a building with 10 apartments and four commercial premises for €4 million at the intersection of Valencia and Cerdeña streets, near the Sagrada Família. Deputy Mayor Laia Bonet celebrated the purchase of a blog in the Eixample district, at a price 28% below market value.
