Barcelona agrees to promote a "shock plan" for the Marina del Port.

The City Council plenary session has approved a proposal from the People's Party (PP) calling on the municipal government to implement a "shock plan" for the Marina del Port neighborhood. The text, approved unanimously, calls for this plan to include the "permanent presence" of the City Police and the installation of video surveillance cameras.
