An explosion in Madrid leaves at least one dead and nine injured when part of a building collapses in Carabanchel

An explosion occurred in a building in the Carabanchel district of Madrid early this afternoon. The blast caused part of the building to collapse, and so far, one death has been confirmed, with at least nine people injured.
