An 85-year-old man died this Monday in Badajoz as a result of the high temperatures. The man was a resident of the town of Torremayor, in the same province, and died at the Perpetuo Socorro Hospital in Badajoz. Temperatures in that area reached over 42 degrees Celsius yesterday, Sunday.
