Civil Protection of the Generalitat has raised the INUNCAT special emergency plan for floods to alert phase due to the forecast of intense rainfall that could leave up to 20 liters per square meter in half an hour in Terres de l'Ebre and the Pyrenean and Pre-Pyrenean regions.
