A 43-year-old woman drowned yesterday while swimming at La Rubina beach in Castelló d'Empúries. At 3:55 p.m., the 112 emergency service received a call indicating that there was a woman in the water who was feeling unwell. Once she was out of the water, resuscitation procedures were performed.
