The Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) have arrested a 43-year-old man in Pals (Baix Empordà) wanted in Russia for terrorism and membership in an armed group. The individual had an international arrest and extradition warrant issued by Russian authorities and faces up to 15 years in prison.
