A 17-year-old boy drowns on Coma-ruga beach.

A 17-year-old boy has drowned on Coma-ruga beach in El Vendrell. According to the Fire Department, the young man was swimming with three other friends but did not leave the water. Twelve Fire and Maritime Rescue units, including a helicopter, participated in the rescue efforts.
