"We must motivate young people to learn mathematics."

The Generalitat has awarded the National Research Awards, which in the Young Talent category have gone to Professor of Mathematics at the UB Xavier Ros-Oton and the CRG scientist Eva Maria NovalRos said that young people must be "motivated" to learn in order to "find good jobs and understand the world."
