The Ministry of Social Rights, Consumer Affairs and the 2030 Agenda has ratified the fine of 3.6 million euros that it imposed on Lloguer Segur for abusive practices against tenants after resolving the appeal filed by the real estate company. The department led by Pablo Bustinduy considers that this company has violated consumer rights by taking advantage of its dominant market position and has deemed the administrative route exhausted.
