A mind-bending performance that has the virtue of creatively summarizing all the ills of a world running rampant and without brakes: people living in their bubble of obsessions and selfishness, dysfunctional personalities behind a veneer of normality, the absurdity of a world in which it is no longer possible to live without truly living.

"I invited him to lunch in Muntanyola, I made some macaroni, and here we are," says the man from Osona. Now this unlikely pair reunites on a stage, an imposing stage like Barcelona's Coliseum Theatre, to perform their unique show. Hamletwhich has nothing to do with Shakespeare. From December 23rd to April 6th, two peculiar characters will be forced to share a hospital room.

Today, the 25th Night of Catalan Magazines and Press was held at the Casino la Aliança del Poblenou in Barcelona. This awards ceremony, organized by APPEC (Association of Catalan Periodical Publications), celebrates Catalan-language magazines as a safe space for reading and a driving force of Catalan culture, and also brings together magazine and digital media publishers. The broadcaster and comedian Peyu—former presenter ofThe bunker, from Catalunya Ràdio, and the current one from The Renaissance— has won the Communication Prize, and Joana Serra, a philologist, activist, and bookseller from Northern Catalonia, has won the Culture Prize for her commitment to the Catalan language and to publications written in Catalan. Germà Capdevila, president of the association, emphasized that the Catalan-language magazine and newspaper publishing sector is a fundamental part of the country's cultural ecosystem and is often the driving force in other areas such as literature, music, and the performing arts: "Without a strong publishing network," the rest of the cultural sector suffers. Regarding the future of the organization, Capdevila stated that he will launch a new strategic plan for the next decade, structured around four key pillars: advertising, dissemination and distribution, promotion, and training. A total of twelve prizes and three lifetime achievement awards were presented. The prize for best publication was awarded to Solstice in the magazine category for its exquisite attention to detail and high level of care in all aspects, New Basin in the press for her exemplary career and in Time Out Barcelona In the digital category, it was recognized as a leading voice in the city's leisure and culture scene. The best feature article was awarded to David Marin for... A real journey into noir fiction, published in the magazine Horizons, with photographs by Santi Iglesias and infographics by Arnau Torrente, and in International Brigades in Cambrils, by Andreu Dalmau, published in Cambrils Magazine. Oryx, Som Garrigues and The New Barcelona Post They have won the award for best editorial design.
