Vox definitively expels Ortega Smith, who will take the case to court

The expulsion of Vox from Madrid councilman and state deputy Javier Ortega Smith is now entirely firm. Ortega had filed an appeal that the state executive committee has rejected, ratifying the decision made in February. At the same time, Ortega announced this Thursday that he will take the case to court.
