Turull urges Salvador Illa to present a budget to combat tariffs.

The secretary general of Junts, Jordi Turull, urged the president of the Catalan government, Salvador Illa, on Friday to present a budget to address the effects of the US tariff war and to stop "shooting bullets" if he wants to offer "tranquility and stability to the country."
